The polyester fabric is tightly woven, durable, wind-and-water- resistant. Two-way stretch provides added comfort and ease of movement, and the quick-dry fabric is easy to care for: just wash in the sink and hang to dry.

The Viksyn Skirt's polyester content is made from 87% recycled polyester derived from multiple sources of post-consumer and post-industrial waste including PET water bottles and textile waste. Ultimately, the recycled poly fabric in the Viksyn Skirt requires less energy and oil, produces less pollutants, and reduces landfill waste compared to other, non-renewable fabric sources.
While most of our products have robust recycling systems, the recycled polyester fabric used in the Viksyn Skirt is not able to be recycled at this time. Our intention is to have a recycling plan in place for this product and close the loop as soon as possible. Stay tuned.
