I tried on these pants in a variety of sizes at REI. I normally wear a size 4 in Nau; that size was too small. I tried a size 6, and it fit decently in the leg and bum, but it gapped terribly at the waist too much to warrant a purchase. I hope Nau can correct the cut and make these fit a bit better, because the material and colors are beautiful. The fit isn't.

These were the first pants I have purchased from Nau. Note that I purchased several Nau shorts this summer and absolutely love them. The sizing on these pants were outrageously too small. I'm a standard size 8/10 in typical clothing stores and I couldn't even fit into these pants, which were a size 12!!!! If these were meant to be designed for outdoorsy, athletic women, then they really missed the mark.
